While you wait
If an illustration is taking a while, reopen the editor in the same browser. It can check the saved request. Repeatedly generating a new version uses more of your allowance.
To turn off a published link, use My cards in the browser that created it. You can restore it for up to seven days, within its original expiry. Clearing cookies can remove access to these controls. Copies already saved elsewhere are outside our control.
If you lost access or need help removing personal content, contact support. We may need to verify that the postcard is yours before changing access.
